Lighthouses on Stamps
 

This year, the theme of Peach State Stamp Show 2004 (the annual show of
the Georgia Federation of Stamp Clubs) will be the the new U.S. Tybee
Island Lighthouse stamp (which is one of five southeastern U.S.
lighthouses) recognized on a set of five lighthouse stamps issued on
June 13 at Tybee Island, Georgia.

We are an American Philatelic Society national show, and have a
competivie philatelic exhibition of over 2,500 pages. The winner will go
to the APS StampShow 2004 Champion of Champions exhibit competition.

Given our theme, we are especially hopeful of soliciting collectors who
exhibit (or might be interested in exhibiting) lighthouses on stamps.

Our show will be Sept. 26-28 at the Cobb County Civic Center in Marietta
(just north of Atlanta). This is one of the largest stamp shows in the
southeastern United States, so if you live in this region, we hope
