Hello!

Does anyone use this catalogue I bought one year ago by VERA (2010
edition)!

I have a little problem to know wath currency is used with "values"
that are given!

Some times, for higher valued stamps, it is clearly printed: $ ** or
tab ** $ and I think it uses the US $!

But for lower values an spécialy all recent years it appears nothing!
The value given are nearly 50% of facial value given in NIS (New Israël
Sheckel) and they say that all stamps after 1986 can be used on letters
or parcells ... and I wonder that prices of those stamps can be 20/30%
of facial value if given in NIS....
