I have a FDC that is postmarked "Alexandria, VA, May 11, 9am, 1949"
"First Day of Issue" with an Airmail 6 cent stamp. However the cachet
on the envelope is "300th Anniversary of the City of Annapolis, MD,
Does this mismatch have any value to a collector?
