Help With Identifying This Doll

Hi, my mother-in-law found a doll at a flea market and asked me to try
and find out online what it may be worth. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. The info on it is below, I apologize if it's overkill, as
I know nothing about dolls and do not know what is and is not
important. I can e-mail a pic as well:

Doll by Magis Roma, Toscana, 10" all cloth molded face, painted
features, side-glancing brown eyes, blonde hair, middle part with 2
braids, skin-tone broadcloth body, arms and legs. Hand-sticthed to
denote fingers. Gold paper tag on apron states "Made In Italy, Magis
Roma, Toscana", cardboard box and lid printed with doll and animal
drawings. Tag on outside of box same as apron tag plus "Art.4, Series
B"

Clothing: broadcloth panties, rust-colored knee-high socks, wood bottom
sandals with black felt uppers, laces tied on. Stiff crinoline-type
half slip, dark turquoise tafetta-type dress with orange trim at
wrists. Black tafetta apron with orange felt trim. White tafetta shawl
with white fringe and yellow felt trim. Wide straw hat decorated with
felt flowers. Carries straw basket with felt flowers and wood and metal
rake. Hard stuffed body, legs are jointed by heavy duty wire through
torso and upper legs and held in place by metal discs on outside of
legs.

Thanks in advance
