template to document coins in a Numis catalog
 

I'm looking for a download or template to document coins in the sheets
for a numis catalog. The sheet types are NH12, NH20, NH30 NH48, NH 33.
The ideal would be a print out that would fit on the cardboard
backpage to each sheet.
I've tried looking through the net but haven't come up with anything.
As you can tell, I'm pretty new at this.
Can any help?
