A new community for card collectors!
 

Hello fellow card collectors!

I've recently launched a site for collectors (both serious and casual) where anyone can upload data and pix of the things they love to collect. The idea is that collectors can form communities around their collection type, such as cards, and even sub-groups like sports, cigarette, bubble gum, etc if they wish. Members can add items to the master database for everyone in the community to see. And - because pictures are worth a thousand words - you can upload those too to show other people your neat things.

We've already got a large catalogue of many collectable things - about 729,000 records, 400,000 books, 80,000 comics, 20,000 coins... plus a few stamps, dolls, toys and so on... and a few surprises! (One person has uploaded their collection of kitchen mixers :)

Remember - you can add as many collections of whatever as you like, and you can fit in anywhere from a 'casual gatherer' to a serious collector.

The site is free to use. Unlike eBay out-and-out for profit, Kollecta is community-based right through - so if you see an item where information is missing or needs to be corrected, you can edit it. It's your site - sign up, add your collections, and have fun!!
