Portugal classic stamps
 

About Portugal classic stamps, I know that there are several issues for the
same stamps : first original issue and after 2 or 3 reprinted issues.
When I look at offers with Internet dealers or others, all or almost classic
used stamps are of the first issue. Tell me why there are not reprinted used
issues?
All help would be appreciated.
