A big surprise
 

Well, what I got today, is something you don't get every day. My mail guy dropped off an envelope from NASA. I figured it was the result of one of a few requests I had sent off to them. Opening up the large envelope, and found a signed picture from Scott Altman, the typical NASA picture, my 2 IC's weren't signed, but my SASE came back also. It looked funny to me and I realized, the address was wrong. It was my "old" address, well, same house, but the city changed some addresses and street names to help out the Emergency people, that was about 2000. The stamp on the envelope is a 34 cent Love stamp, got out the magnifying glass and found the date on the stamp, 2000. I looked up the stamp and found it was issued in Jan of 2001 and I think used for a year before postage went up, again! So, as near as I can figure, this request was out for over 11 yrs!!!! I've had some come back after a few years, but not 11. Glad it came back. By the way, Altman isn't with NASA anymore, according to a note that came with the picture, which said sorry he wasn't there to sign the picture, which was signed, figure that out. Hope everyone had full boxes today,
