Lake Bumler turning into a ghetto

Late word from Wilkes-Barre says that the Lake Bumler Resorts
development in Butthole County, PA, has turned into a den of
crackheads and coke snorters. I wonder if the gates with no gates are
having any effect on lowering the crackhead shootings there?
