flan flaw lamination.
Hi!
What does the term "flan flaw lamination" means? Thanks! -- http://www.romclub.4t.com/rabin.html E' mai possibile, oh porco di un cane, che le avventure in codesto reame debban risolversi tutte con grandi puttane! F.d.A |
If the molten metal was not mixed properly, or if it cooled improperly, the
raw planchets made from it may have layers which can peel off under the right conditions. Coins stamped from these imperfect planchets may have incomplete designs as a result. Sometimes the peeling (lamination) takes place after the coin is stamped. "gogu" wrote in message ... Hi! What does the term "flan flaw lamination" means? A friend of mine bought such a coin but I really can't see such effect on the coin! Maybe the seller was not so good in judging/describing coins! Or I am not good in seeing it ;-) -- http://www.romclub.4t.com/rabin.html E' mai possibile, oh porco di un cane, che le avventure in codesto reame debban risolversi tutte con grandi puttane!
