united states of america war-savings certificate

I have a 1918 war-saving certificate with a couple of 5 dollar stamps
in it. I want to know is it worth anything?

The stamps alone catalog at $85 mint hinged, $175 mint never hinged, $30
no gum, and $35 used. I'm assuming this is Scott WS2, a green stamp
showing George Washington. The values are from my US Specialized 2009
Scott Catalog. They may be a bit higher now, although it's unlikely a
dealer will give you anything near catalog value for the stamps.
