Where is the page to update payment details for alibris sellers?

Can someone confirm for me how Alibris works, I have been sent a series of ups parcel receipts to ship my books to Alibris's head quarters, anyone familiar with Alibris and how they operate? thanks,

I have a book that has rough cut pages on two edges (side and bottom). The tops of the pages are smoothly/uniformly cut. The real dilemma is a manufacturing error at the bottom of the pages.
