Dropped my Cross ATX... by Doki
I dropped my Cross ATX onto a wooden floor today. The nib looks to be ok, but it's moved back into the pen by about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch. Any ideas on what to do to get it back to it's normal position?

Vacumatic filler question by Tim McNamara
I've replaced, hmm, four Vac diaphragms in a 51, a couple of Vacumatics and a Vac Duofold. All of them were the later plastic fillers. In two of them, the black threaded part was firmly attached to the "nose cone" shaped piece through which the filler rod slides and against which the pellet...

Vacumatic ?? by Henry Kolesnik
I just got the pen and it wirtes very well but needs to have filler mechanism repaired. The plunger is plastic and the nib has a 6 with one dimple after it, I assume this means it was made in 1946. I recall that I need a special tool to get it apart and wonder how to make one, are there any pix...

Hi, very sad days here in Spain after the last terrorist attacks. I was at work when that happened. I rushed to the phone to hear about my relatives and friends in Madrid: no casualties, but I spent the whole morning crying as the number of victims increased throughout the day. Sorry, but it's even...
