The "Plan sur de Valencia" stamps were issued around 1963 as a postal tax towards the rebuilding of Valencia. Were these stamps available throughout Spain or just in Valencia? Thanks in advance. -- Tony Vella, Ottawa, Canada http://tv-stamps.shorturl.com

Whatever happened to peelable stamp hinges? by Colin McKenzie
A few weeks ago, I finished my last pack of Stangib stamp hinges, vintage probably mid-80s. So I bought some new ones. They looked different from the old ones, but I didn't worry about that - technology advances over time. All went well, until I put a stamp in the wrong place and had to remove it....

Have above described stamp in mint condition. See picture at http://www.usps.com/images/stamps/95/prirty95.gif Has been sitting in desk drawer since priority mail increased in price. Will this sell for much more than face value? Haven't seen it for sale on eBay (past or present).
