RUSSIA: 1842 rouble (A-Ch) -- rare overdate? by Bob Hairgrove
I picked up this coin today at the "Internationale Münzenbörse" in Basel. This venue used to be the "World Money Fair", but that has moved to Berlin and will take place next weekend. Needless to say, the show has lost much of its former glamour (I can only compare it to last year's show). Spent a...

89 years on the march by Alan Williams
And Lord only knows where it's been! But it's home now, home for good. Just popped out of a roll of nickles I got at the bank this morning, a 1917 Buffalo Nickel, full date, G-4. Welcome home, old man. I had a feeling I was due for another Buffalo. The real one, not the 2005 honorary bison. ...

Advice from Freeman and or Peck owners by Colin G.
Hello all, I am after a bit of advice, I own a copy of Freeman, but it is a first edition copy. In it he lists 7 obverses for the bronze bunhead farthing series. Had any new obverses been identified in the second edition? Can anyone confirm how many Peck identified? Many Thanks Colin G.

A new collector! by Wes Chormicle
My 11 yr old son has at last started to get "the bug". For Christmas I gave him a set of the Whitman "penny" boards from 1909 to the present. I also brought home about 50 pounds of Wheats for him to search through. After going through them all, he only had about 12 holes left to fill. ...
