1976 Silver Color Lincoln Penny w/ Weird Markings by

I have a 1976, SILVER at least in color, penny. it has stamped on it the liberty bell and a picture of the United States w/ the letters USA inside it.
The reverse of the penny is the same as all other Lincoln Memorial pennies.
