Can anyone tell me if all of the library/collector's editions of the UK edition of Jasper Fforde's Something Rotten are signed? And if so, do they contain a postcard or is this something Fforde does when he signs a book? I'm thinking of ordering from Amazon UK rather than eBay... Thanks so much...
