Cast copy or not? by
Massimo at HOME
What do you think about this coin:

The seller seems to have a good reputation. I am definitely interested in
that piece, anyway it seems a bit porous...
Your opinion is appreciated,
M.

Anyone else get this e-mail from ebay?? by
Jim W
I received this email supposedly from ebay. The spelling and grammar
make me a little suspicious. Also the 5 day no access seems weird. Has
anyone else received this? Is it legit?
Thanks
JIM

Canadian bi-metallic $ 2 coins (twoonies) by
Frans Woons
A source tells me that the Canadian 1996 bi-metallic $ 2 coin in proof
quality and struck in base metals has a gold plated centre. This coin
was issued in two ways: 1) singly, encapsulated and in a blue box and
2) again encapsulated together with a replacement $ 2 banknote (third
letter in serial...

Steven Preston
For those that can still remember placing an order for the US mint
Wildlfe Refuge medals, the latest shipping dates are the very end of
February and March respectively for the last two medals (duck and elk).
This is a full month later than the last estimate which was already
months after the orders...

OPERATION TROLL - They're Here!!! by
George V Huse Jr
14 packages will be shipped tomorrow.
They're shiny, the background is not marked like the proof, & the Troll

their attractiveness & this thing was meant to be repellant. Both...

Cleaning coins by
Terry
We cannot clean our coins, but they can be conserved. Where is some
literature or web information on this ? And when PCGS slabs an NCS coin is
it noted as being conserved on the holder ?

FS: Coming ..1793 Liberty Cap Cent PCGS F-15 by
Ira Stein
Just graded bt PCGS..this is the scarcest of all 3 designs produced by the Mint
in its first year of operation. It has smooth obverse planchet with VF-25
details but although reverse has also VF details, the planchet is rough in
several areas , prompting PCGS to market grade it F15, which is...
