FYI From enquiries: snipped: It is a Nepali paper. The first image indicates it is a short personal letter. The second image indicates it's a letter with postmark of 2004/08/29 B.S. which is equivalent to December 14, 1947 from the post office of Parasi (Nawalparasi, western Nepal).
