I can't find these overprints in my 2005 Scott. Any special reason?

FDC-quality envelope source? by
[email protected]

envelopes. My desires are #6 3/4, all rag, pH of at least 7.5 (paper
and binding gum), and ungummed flap. A source that also sold acid-
free insert cards would be ideal. Does anyone have pointers for me?
If people respond directly to...

Nepal Covers by
Rod
FYI From enquiries:
snipped:
It is a Nepali paper.
The first image indicates it is a short personal letter.
The second image indicates it's a letter with postmark of
2004/08/29 B.S. which is equivalent to December 14, 1947
from the post office of Parasi (Nawalparasi, western Nepal).

Frederikshald 1862
Tonsberg 1864
Arendal 1864
I'm leaning toward Frederikshald, as it is smaller...
