Belgium question by KenK
I have two Belgian definitives ~1960 stamped with a large 'T", almost as big as the stamp. Evidently handstamped rather than overprinted as one is stamped at an angle. They look like a rubber stamp was used. I didn't see anything in Scott. Anyone know? TIA Ken

South Australia Official Newspaper Wrapper?! by Joshua McGee[_2_]
This: http://tr.im/iiOT I have not seen anything like this before. Why would there need to be an OS newspaper wrapper in the first place? I may be missing something obvious. -- Joshua H. McGee, Los Angeles, California, USA Member: APS, ATA, ISWSC, MBPC
