TECH: Rock-ola 431 blows fuse by
Bob
Hi,
I just got a Rock-ola 431 which was not working and still had a record
on the turntable. One of the slo-blo fuses was blown (1.6A, 28VDC,
MECH.). I manually turned the motor to pick up the record and put it
back. I replaced the fuse and turned it on and the mechanism picked
up the record and...

TECH: RockOla 444 by
WEade
I picked up a decent RockOla 444 that wasn't working right, but now I have
it working almost all the way. The one problem I am having that I cannot
track down is the resetting of the tabs for the record selection.
I punch in the selection, and the machine works as it should except it will
not...

Rowe AMI Amp Help! by
Tom
Hi. I hope someone out there can help me. I've put alot of time into
my juke, and have it up and running except for one little thing. I
can't get the AMP to work. I've found out that the amps that existed
in this model were tough to fix becuase the amp transistors will
easily blow, and there is...

Question Wurlitzer 1400 by
Bill Wheeler
I was fortunate enough to obtain an "Automatic Level Control" which was
optional equipment for the 1400/1450. Can anyone tell me the function
of the "Chassis Switch" and how it should be hooked up? On the ALC it
is a small 4 pin socket with two pins being unused inside the unit. It
is pictured...

TECH: Rowe/AMI CMM1 Cadette magazine turning problem by
Scott H.
I have a 1969 Rowe AMI CMM-1 Cadette Model Juke that looks and plays
well with one exception. When a selection is made, the magazine (right
term here?) turns part way but stops in the same 2 stops every time. I
can grab it slightly to get it to move and it moves on like it's
supposed to. Any one...

AMI Cabinet color... by
Jonas Elofsson
Hi, this is a resend, seems like the last one did not make it to the group.
I am in the process of restoring an AMI H. The cabinet must be repainted.
My current idea is to use car paint and car clearcoat and apply the
clearcoat with a roller or something. I don't how how the car color will
react...

TECH: Rock-ola 1428 remote operation by
mike
I just bought a nice original 1428 and was interested in wallbox operation.
I have a 30-wire model 1530 wallbox for use with it but noticed there are
some additional components already connected to the 30 wire terminal strips.
I'm guessing here but it appears to have connections for a five...

My first seeburg 100 C and boy, do I have questions. by
Bernie
Having been a 78rpm Wurli man for many years, I finally got tired of
looking at all my 45rpms sitting around that didn't have a juke to be
played in. I thought that for a first 45rpm model there's nothing
better than a Seeburg 100C. So I got one. The cabinet was restored and
the mech was supposed...

Seeburg 100 C mount for the coin rejector by
Bernie
When my cabinet was stripped and restored for some reason they removed
the wooden mount that the coin rejector was attached to and never put
it back. Does anyone have an extra wooden mount that they would want
to sell? Or could someone take a picture of their mount so I can build
one? With out the...
