Hi Translation of a postmark eludes me perhaps somebody here can help me, see pictu http://www.hawk.igs.net/~vsten/czech.jpg What does the words in the boxed postmark mean? Babelfish is no help. I suspect it has to do with the red stamp perhaps it is a charge for dead letter office service.
