Ten cents postage.
The contents was advertising for a local air conditioner service.
I don't care how well the mail is sorted when...

New perforation style discovered. by
rodney
At first glance, you could be forgiven for thinking
that this perforation on a GB issue, matches their disgusting cancellations.

However put two issues together, and you get a gimmick that
would interest both Blair and Gerhard for reasons...

Cutter for Hawid mounts by
tim
Hello! I need to mount over 2000 stamps and I am using Hawid clear
mounts. I bought a cutter at Office Depot. Unfortunately, while
cutting the strip, it curves so that it doesn't give me a straight
edge. I have used a complex stamp strip cutter a long time ago and it
was a pain in the *&^ to use....

Rhode Island Post Office by
Ralphael1
I just tried my link to the Rhode Island Post Office and it not longer
works.
Did they suffer from the economy and fall by the wayside?
It was a great source of current stamps and did not charge for
shipping.
Anyone have information on this?
I need them...
Thanks,

Scinde Dawks revisited. by
rodney
By chance, a very fine used blue Scinde Dawk sold recently in New York
for $US4750 + 15% commission; a red with a couple of nicks on a piece
to which it does not belong, went for $US1400 + commission.
I wonder if the gentlemen concluded the deal for the three, and if so,
just what the quid...

"Here's an extra $15 to make sure you don't send me fake stamps" by
Joshua McGee[_2_]
I put an offer in Linn's to try to send some of the amount (absurd,
really) of philatelic material that I have accumulated -- country-
separated glassines from kiloware, old album pages, the nine extra
covers that came with the tenth that I *really* wanted -- everyone
understands, I'm sure. I...
