I just thought I would post a message here saying that I may be sending a letter to congress on redesigning the $1 and $2 FRNs, issuing a new $200 FRN, and reissuing the $500 FRN, and possibly the $1,000 FRN. I didn't mention the Balto idea in the letter for those of you who make remarks about it....
