In putting together our Club's Annual "Stamp Out Cancer" auction, I came across two items I am having trouble identifying and giving an estimate. I am sure there is someone out there who can help with these items. 1. A 'souvenir page' from Ameripex '86, issued by the Republic of China (Taiwan). ...

BEWARE-Edmonton Stamp Shows-THEFTS!! by Bob Ingraham
I suppose we should worry about the mental health of the person or persons who fritter away what creativity they have by producing this drivel, but, personally, I'm spending too much time with stamps to worry about them. They really ought to try stamp collecting. It is a most salutary hobby, and...

Stamps on Films: "The Lost Prince" by Chris Doran
Seen on UK TV tonight: KGV trying to interest his son, Prince John, in the royal collection. I have seen by chance in Scott the stamp 1525, issued March 11th, 1974, and dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars organization. Quite interesting, because the only non-foreign US American war that I can remember was the Civil (Secession, Rebellion) War, one that...

Flag coils by rgnpcs
I recently bought a roll of coil stamps from the post office and cannot get them apart. It seem that they do not have any holes between them, so I am using my scissors to cut them apart. I just finished cutting them all apart, and now I can use them!
