It is from Ethiopia in 1905 and is a picture postcard to Zanzibar.

Armenia-Iran issue.

(I always scan before washing and mounting)
The cover paper is showing through.

It seems that the OLD one put mouth in gear before using brain power.
In a recent post Victor titilated my interest with a dual joint issue
country cover and also a souvenir sheet. (see link)
I questioned why the cover, souvenir sheet and offering of local
dealer had the exact same cancellation....

USPS bait and switch by

I just received the US $16.25 Air Force one and $4.60 Marine One
stamps. The stamps received are much darker than the images in the
Cave catalog, smaller as well. Not exactly bait and switch but very
close.
