MIlk Spots on ASE by Paul
I have 3 SAE's I looked at after about 9 months in a Dansco folder and they are now quite spotted. I've done some research and I find that removing milk spots from ASE's is not possible without further damage to the coin. Q1: Is this true? Q2: Would using a corrosion inhibitor be of any help at...

Got Buffalos? by Dave Allured
This is about nickel rolls from the bank, not "collector wrap" rolls from the US Mint. I picked up 5 rolls yesterday from a First Bank branch in the Denver, Colo. area. Face value, of course. The bank has been getting lots of customer calls about the new nickels. My dear head teller was told...

And then there were ten... by Bob Flaminio
Just back from Vegas, and two classic commems were waiting to greet me (well, along with my wife and children, too, I guess): A Boone and an Albany. The Boone was tougher to get than I expected, mostly because I'm only looking for first-year commems only. There's lots of Boones out there, but...

Some goof sent me some silver coins I won in an eBay auction. They taped the coins directly to a piece of cardboard using scotch tape! How can I remove the residue left behind without hurting the coins? Thanks! -- Bob Hairgrove

Question for the Group.... by [email protected]
A query for the group- If you had $100 to spend on a US coin or coins as an "investment", what would it/they be? or... Would a wiser "investment" be to put a little at a time with the $100 and buy 1 or 2(or more) key(or semi-key) coins? Just mulling over some things and wondered what the group...
