Help Needed in Assessing Loss in Value of A German Stamp Collection by Phil Ately
A stamp collection entered Canada in 1982 with a full Michel catalog value of $5000. Approximately half of the stamps were large numbers of the same stamps (all minor value issues, for trading). None of the issues were high value. Probalby only 1% were individually worth more than 5 Marks....
