Free Coin Albums by
[email protected]
I have 2 coin albums if anyone is interested. They are 1 very old
slide-type Buffalo Nickel Album, 1913-1938; and 1 Canadian Quarter
Album, 1911-1952(copyright 1954). They are both in used condition, but
still very much usable, with the Buff album being the worst for wear.
If anyone is interested,...

Software question. I know, I know, it was discussed again and again but... by
gogu
Hi all !
I use the CoinManage software in order to keep evidence of my collection.
I don't need a super program, just an easy to use program.
Recently I purchased the 2004 update of the CoinManage but just like the
previous version this one also has a bug.
I have decided that maybe it's time to...

The Coin Vault ... and its 2005-jive. by
[email protected]
I tried to re-sell the last 6 mint-sealed rolls of BU Silver Eagles I
had left from a GMB I acquired in 2001. Up until then, I'd been trading
and bartering the coins for local goods and services like real money
was once used for.
I contacted 8 bullion dealers offering the six rolls at spot...

RCC Swap Feedback by
Ron
Got home late from work tonight and found my swap package on the
counter.
It was,,,,,,,,,, an awesome PCGS 1948-D MS64FBL. Very nice looking
coin. Great luster and a nice strike. A great addition to my slowly
growing Franklin set, especially since I didn't have a 1948-D yet. I
gotta say, it...

2004 Platinum Eagle Question by
Shystev99
Hi all,
I have been asking quite few questions lately but I have to ask 1 more for my
own peace of mind.
I have been thinking of buying a 2004 Platinum $10 eagle. Now I have been
hearing these are going to be one of the lowest if not the lowest minted
platinum $10 eagle ever. I see them advertised...

Laughable Sac $ Auctions by
Ken Knapp
I can't believe the gall of these sellers. If brass bucks WERE worth this
kind of money I could retire.

Denver Mint: Anything to see? by
Christian Feldhaus
Next month I will be in Denver, CO for a short time. Does anybody here
know if the US Mint in that city has a museum, or maybe a store, that is
open to visitors?
Admittedly I do not have much time there; basically I would arrive at
the airport, get a car and leave. Also, I guess that guided tours...

HBV ? by
rnl
Is this another seller gimmick ?
I see more and more eBay sellers use this term, and can't see where or
how they come up with these High Book Value numbers.
I assume, for example, that they are selling a coin that is graded VF,
and priced at $50, but the HBV would be $2500 if it was MS-64.

Monaco euro set... by
gogu
8.45 my clock rang...
I jumped off my bed like a typhoon and turned on my computer.
I had a small, small, small hope that my friend Christian Feldhaus was wrong
and that the Monaco euro set could be an UNC and not a 300 euros proof
one...
9.00 and I was trying to order...
8-9 tries and ... "there...

Just for kicks by
Larry Louks
I just now ran down to the local Wal*Mart and got a couple of things. As I
checked out, I purposely spent an A/G Barber dime that I've had in my "junk
box" for a while. Though it is worn thin, has a big gouge in it, and the
date is barely discernible, it may be quite a thrill for someone to...
