USPS catalog of stamps? by hhandson
It was mentioned to me that the USPS offers a catalog of all US stamps ever printed. However, out local post office does not carry it and the web site usps.gov does not offer it either. Can anyone suggest how I can obtain this reference book for US stamps? thank you in advance
