A question of gold.... by Don M.
Probably a dumb question, but I'm a novice at gold coins. Why do they have different shades? ie: A krugerrand that I saw looks more copper or bronze than an Austrian Philharmonic coin that I looked at. Customer thinks I'm a liar, cheat & thief by Wes Chormicle
Last week I had 2 or 3 different discussions with a man about the collection his 80 year old mother had. This was a collection that had belonged to his father with a few pieces from grandparents, etc. He stated that the decision to sell would be his mother's and that she was too frail to bring it...

Private bidder auctions by Bruce Remick
Lately, I've been running into more and more eBay auctions where the bidder ID's have been private. I bid in one auction (and won) before realizing that all the other bids-- eight or ten of them-- were private. Mine stood out as the only one showing my eBay ID. Who decides if the bidder ID's...

1913-S V2 Buffalo by RAR
The coin guides from various surces all price this at around $300 in G4. Yet the actual market (such as ebay) discounts these by a very wide margin. is the 13S V2 getting hyped or are the coin guides more accurate?
