MAKE THOUSANDS!!! I found this on a bulletin board and decided to try it: I don't care about the useless pre-fabricated crap this message usually says. All I say is, it works. Continue pre-fab crap. WELL GUESS WHAT!!! Within five days, I started getting money in the mail!! I was shocked!! I...

Parker 100 tines by Nic
I have a PArker 100 here with tines that are slightly too far apart and the ink flow is poor. What the best way to adjust this back to normal. Nib is not damaged, only poorly adjusted. Is there a link to a cross section diagram of the Parker 100? Nic

Nib-grind review by Sonam Dasara
Hi all, I *really* like cursive italic nibs on my pens; I'm a lawyer so I sign my name quite often, and I like the way my sig looks using a cursive italic nib - and I don't have particularly good handwriting. And too, they don't interfere with note-taking as a regular italic does. So when I...

pens leaking in airplanes by EvdL
Hi all, Lately I've seen references to the fact that fountain pens might leak on airplanes. Regardless of the FP or the amount of ink in it, I have never had this happen to me. The Waterman Edson and Rotring Initial are advertized as not leaking on airplanes, but other pens (Waterman, Pelikan,...

fountain pen use? by Terry McGinty
This may have been discussed previously, but I'm sure it's been awhile. For those users of fountain pens, how do you use them: Letters, journals, appointment calendars, note taking, sketching, or whatever? I'm interested in your primary usage, so list with primary first. My major usage is for...

Oblique nibs? by Bluesea
Understanding that right-handed writers generally prefer left oblique nibs, I ordered one. But, I find that I prefer the type of line it makes when writing with it upside-down (top of nib facing down towards paper instead of the usual up towards ceiling) and I'm thinking of exchanging it for a...

Returned my Pilot Knight FP (poor performance) by JChapman
Due to poor performance, I found it necessary to return my new Pilot Knight FP. I tried all the usual tricks and cleaned it twice during its two-week stay with me but, try as I might, I couldn't get this pen to consistently cross my "T's." Very erradic ink flow - perhaps I had a lemon. JC, who in...

Need basic help with getting Tuckersharpe apart by M4R1N4
Hi folks, I recently bought a cheapie Tuckersharpe pen from an auction that is in need of basic fixing up. It is a lever-filler, and while I have taken other brands apart before, I am having trouble with this one. Where normally you can wiggle the section back and forth to free it from the...

FT: Eversharp Modern "Lady" Pen & Pencil set by Bob Landry
Green and black marble, gold-filled trim, 14k F nib with some flex. I have installed a new sac. No brassing, some very minor usage wear. Pencil works, even has lead in it. This pen is just too small for me. Looking to trade rather than sell. A beautiful example of a 1937 pen. Thanks for looking.
