eBay: Watch Out! seller danphan by jerry warner
eBay seller: danphan Take his negative and neutral-bad feedback seriously. I hope this helps someone avoid a serious expensive problem with this 'antler button and stamp seller' on eBay. Jerry Warner

Nezavisna Drzava Hrvatska by amesh
On a collection of Croatian stamps from the early 1940s I see the inscription Nezavisna Drzava Hrvatska (with the hacek-mark over the 'z' in Drzava. My Croatian is not in the best shape (!), in fact I only know that Hrvatska = Croatia. I have googled for more info, but have only found links in...

AVOID Final EDMONTON STAMP SHOW=THIEVES!!This Past Weekend!! by Georges
Even the local media ignored the Edmonton Stamp Show this year, probably because they heard about all the thieving!! The local Tv and newspapers had no BS stories featuring Keith Spencer this year, perhaps because they heard about his hanky-panky involving the tax department and massive money...

Burma mystery by Bobstamp
I have a 1940 cover posted in Burma to England, franked with a 2a6p Indian stamp with the single-word overprint, "BURMA," but it presents an identification problem. The original stamp is almost certainly India #100, brown orange, but Burma overprinted that stamp only with military overprints. Scott...

Operation Utah -- an anniversary by Bobstamp
40 years ago today I found myself bleeding on a nameless hill in Vietnam. My Marine company had been ambushed by a Viet Cong company; I was a corpsman -- a very busy corpsman that day. I have been working on a Vietnam War collection for some time, and decided today to write up a couple of pages...

Donating to philatelic museums by Bobstamp
I understand that it's a really bad idea to donate stamps and postal history collections to museums, which aren't staffed by philatelists. Donated material will probably never be displayed or even catalogued, and will effectively disappear from the philatelic scene. However, would it not make...

So, I'm not really up on the latest stamp news, but today I saw a news item http://www.ksl.com/?nid=148&sid=164846 in the local news about an upcoming Bryce Canyon stamp. Being from Utah, I'm pretty interested in this and would like a first day cover. Unfortunately, I couldn't find information...
