FA: Signed and Numbered First Edition of Codex Seraphinianus by LuigiSerafini by
A. Cassady
I'm auctioning a copy of the extremely hard-to-find two-volume set of
"Codex Seraphinianus" printed in 1981 by Franco Maria Ricci in Italy.
This is the true first edition, not the American first edition which is
often for sale on eBay or the second Italian edition which is still
available from...

Second edition of Rare book by
Rick Kalamaya
One of the best, and nicest, dealers I have ever patronized is Alan
Ahearn at Quill and Brush. Recently I received their catalog and one
of the offerings was a second/third edition of The Sun Also Rises for
$250. We all know the first has the "stoppped" with 3 p's. Then I
suppose the second has...

Britspeak redux squared by
Lin Digs Books
Yes, it's me again. If this is getting tedious, just don't answer and
I'll get the idea. However, if anyone wishes to enlighten me, I'll be
grateful.
Reading Michael Innes, a Sir John Appleby mystery set in a University
which is very Oxford-Cambridge-like. The President of one college has
been...

Waterhouse Hawkins Litho Question by
Gvmoughan
I have a Benjamin Waterhouse Hawkins hand colored lithograph (different types
of antelope) that I've been trying to do some reach on. Unfortunately he's so
well known for his dinosaur sculptures that I can't find any books or websites
that talk about anything else.
I was hoping someone here could...

Stalking the Angel by Crais First edition hardcover by
Simon
I have a first edition hardcover copy of Stalking the Angel by Robert
Crais, published by Piatkus. It's an old library copy. Its condition
is not the best, but it's not falling apart either.
How do I find out if it's worth anything? Any assistance is much
appreciated.

Firsts Magazine Article about ABAA and eBay by
Art Layton
The current issue has reprinted a letter from Ken Lopez, President of
ABAA to Clay Kallman of eBay. The letter states that ABAA doesn't
believe there can be a successful relationship between the two
organizations unless eBay does something meaningful about fraud
related to book sales. Because of...
