It's Cinderella time. by Rod
Part of Australia's 150th Birthday. The Bridge was only 6 years old. Some things to note. You won't see "the stack of dishes" under the Bridge at Bennelong Point, Jorn Utzon designer of the Opera House was only just 20 then. The Lifesaving Issue (probably Bondi but I am not Au fait with the...

Italian Airpost 1932 by Ben
I received this sheet of unused stamps in a package and can't identify them. Someone has written 1932 air mail on the back. The hand written numbers run from 303 to 385. My Scott catalog lists only Ben http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v433/Treacan/AA/ITAIR.jpg

Spain query. by Rod
Just confirmining, the control numbers on the early Spanish are sheet numbers right? If I say have A535,348 on the back of a stamp, that means all of the stamps on that sheet have the same number? "Control" suggests an accounting procedure?

A salute to Henry Wadsworth Longfellow by Rod
It always pleases me to see so many Poets celebrated on stamps. The sweetness is accentuated when one comes from within our own ranks. (even if he did have some help from Henry) A little piece of brilliance, to one of the world's most loved poems. http://cjoint.com/data/dCoMr1PQg2.htm
