Ike Question by
Lyntoy1
Where did they all go? This was never a denomination that saw wide use, never
caught on in a big way with collectors, didn't have a silver content. Yet, you
virtually never see one in circulation. Have they all been hoarded, or has the
mint taken them out of circulation as they come into banks?...

Counterfeit Half Eagle Nickels? by
ohkwari
Hello folks, really 2 questions here ;-) I recall reading/being told
somewhere that in the "good" ole days some folks took the Nickels with
the big V on em and made em Gold Colored/Plated and passed the moff as
$5 Gold Coins, any truth to this?
If yes are these frauds worth anything?

I have been going through some stuff and found a couple of unlabeled @25
quarter bags. I could open the box but would rather not. Anyone know what
the codes QD3 and QC3 are?

Reusing coin tubes by
Paul
Is there any problem with reusing a coin tube? For example: empty out a tube
of silver quarters to put in 2x2's, then use the tube to hold a roll of UNC
Missouri quarters.

State Quarters by
Chris Melzer
Hi,
first: I´m German - so sorry for my English.
I have a question: I know something about the State Quarters. In a
week I go first to Boston and then for two weeks to Maine. I want to
buy some State Quarters of Maine, probably also some from
Massachusetts. Where I can buy these coins? At a...

An eBay Whim... by
Larry Louks
Hi Folks,
I was sitting here yesterday morning folding a few $2 bills into little
shirts that I like to give out as tips. While doing so, just on a whim, I
thought of posting one of these little shirts and the "how to" on eBay. So I
put up an auction just to see if anyone had an interest....

Is it possible to purchase common examples of double eagles at or near
bullion prices? A relative may be interested in purchasing about 10K

Found in change today by
Bob Peterson
A $1 FRN star note.
Series 1995.
Its the first one I have ever noticed in change, so I am keeping it, even
though I'm sure it has no collector value, other than as a curiosity.
