Turkey surcharge - Scott no. please. by

The 1949 Turkish issue showing a plant with a broken stem was surcharged 20p
on 100k green in 1955. I have a similar 10p on 100k green which I cannot
find in my Scott. Was this by any chance one of those famous Turkey private
issues of the period? Thanks in advance for all assistance.
