Rogue Causing Grief for Dealers,Collectors-Stamp Club by

Assuming that the allgations are true, it seems that only a gutless twit

Either this stuff is in the public record or it is not. If it is as
alleged why not present the name of this "dealer"?

If that makes you quiver in your boots, just provide a link to...

Cinderellas? by
Rodney
G'day Tony,
http://cinderellastampclub.org.uk/what.html
At our local "low end" stamp auctions,
A chinese stock book of say 700 mint and used Canadian stamps
will fetch say $30
3 or 4 Cinderellas that are collectable fetch the same.
The term collectable no doubt depends on the area you live in

The US Airmail That Never Was by
humanbeing
I have unsuccessfully been pondering a philatelic mystery for some
time and thought this would be an excellent forum to bring it to in
hope of solving it. I had either a Scott or Harris plate block album
in the early 1960s, which had pictured in it a US airmail stamp
honoring the InterAmerican...

This is probably a stupid question - but then the morning is the time

countries would a complete collection include and what are they? Are
there any lists...

1898 U.S. Specimen Stamp by
Ed Jackson
Five or six years ago, I purchased in auction a specimen of the 1898
U.S. $2.00 Trans-Mississippi Exposition stamp (Scott 293S). Sam Houston
Philatelics described the stamp as "XF unusued with 'Specimen' ovpt in
violet." The centering is near-perfect, and the word "Specimen" is in
tiny letters at...

Philatelists' Blindness -- TV Programme by
Rodney
I have some "let out clause" with my latest effort.
I knew the stamp in question was a newspaper stamp
and so looked back of book.
The overprint was not a surcharge but regarded by Gibbons as a plebiscite issue,
and consequently placed in issue order.
Hence, I think I can wriggle out of my mistake...

Got it! An eBay purchase -- full circle by

You may recall that this thread started with my winning an early U.S.

The purchase didn't go smoothly because eBay suddenly started using my old

notify me that I'd won the lot, and the seller couldn't get...

Perhaps you'd like to bid $1.75 for $1.69 of face value for some 30ish year old
US commemoratives with hinge remnants? Maybe a decent deal if you want to fill
some album spaces. The lot description even includes the caveat: 'sold as is
final sale ask before bids'. So you place your bid and wait,...
