Q: South Korea dragon stamp by skaizun
I have a few South Korea stamps from what may be a paper bag used as an envelope or package. The stamps are all the same: a bluish diamond lattice background with an ornate dragon, possibly flying, and its long tongue sticking out. Each stamp has "500.00" (the decimal part is underlined)....

I just read on www.tmz.com that MJ died today, only 50. Too early. Then a question came to me: when will/can the USPS issue a stamp to honour him- if they will do that? Must the USPS wait a couple of years or can they just go on. Are there any rules for such issues? -- Mvh Toke Se...
