Q: South Korea dragon stamp by skaizun
I have a few South Korea stamps from what may be a paper bag used as an envelope or package. The stamps are all the same: a bluish diamond lattice background with an ornate dragon, possibly flying, and its long tongue sticking out. Each stamp has "500.00" (the decimal part is underlined)....
