PCGS and Their "Questionable Color" Ripoff by
Reality
What is the deal with this nonsense?
When I submit a coin to PCGS, I want to know if it is genuine, the
grade, and if it is original.
IMO if you are paying the supposed leading expert graders in the
industry a $30 grading fee plus shipping both ways, then their
"Genuine - Questionable Color" B.S...

Thanks!

If it's true that you shouldn't collect Philadelphia coins, for the
Most part, what other things about coins is equally true? (Like,
" don't buy circulated coins"). Thanks.

Why didn't they put the date and mintmark on the liberty side of the coin. It looks like plenty of room for it to me.

I have a 1943 oz Penny dot be4 and dot after Penny and I. The reason they're valuable is because they were struck with diamond on obverse.

Happy Birthday by

Is anybody still here? It seems so sad our once thriving group of knowledgeable numismatists appears to have died completely.
Still, if anyone still cares, it was 24 years ago today that RCC was officially "born". Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary to us all.

Found 2017 Golden Dollar today by
Barney
I just opened a roll of dollar coins (I usually get six per week) to use
for general spending. To my surprise, I ran across a 2017 Sacagawea.
Interesting since they are only available from sales of bags etc.

old coin or fake ? chariot driver by
[email protected]
Google search "tourist coin". I've got one too. Made in the 1960s. If by itself, it's worth a couple dollars. If inlaid in a necklace by Napier in their costume jewelry line from the '60s, it is worth well over a hundred dollars.
