WTB: Scott International Part 5, Used by
Nick Knight
I'm in the market for an International Part V. In my recent dash to build a
set from 1-16 (up to 1980), I purchased 2 Part 5 albums. One I thought to
be complete and the other a partial/spare, both with small collections
already mounted. After getting to the task of merging these 2, I see...

Wrapped-Around French Stamp by
Chris Doran
This auction: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2268652770&fromMakeTrack=true
shows a stamp wrapped around the end of a postcard and claims it "was
often the French way". Is this true? Why did they do it? When did they
stop?

Angra, alphabetically, done. This essentially just means Algeria, French
Andorra, and Angola -- can't find the others offering booklets.
Anyone want to help...
