In your opinions is the 2004 Half Dollar rolls worth buying from the Mint? I've bought the low Mintage 2002 halfs and I bought the 2003 half dollar rolls in the spring that I heard were not low mintage because the mint produced more of them in the fall. TIA for your opinions. Ed
