Opinion on 1944-D over S Wheat Cents by
b8tovene
Good Morning All,
I have finally finished searching a recent purchase of 3000
"unsearched" Wheats bought on eBay - this lot was so clumsily,
thoroughly searched and molested (eraser treatment) prior to my
procurement, I am determined never to invest another penny (pardon the
pun) into "Unsearched"...

What Gold Coin(s) by
Stu
I'd like to add to my (very) small collection of gold coins. I'm
looking for something other than just bullion. I already have a 1912
Indian $10., a 1910 Indian (incuse) and a 1900 half eagle. My question
is: if one has 1k to spend on a gold coin or two (EF-AU), what would
you buy?

1898 Indian Head Cent Error? Or? by
vegasgregg
Hi: I am currently playing around with ebay, selling all the stuff
collected over the years. I am getting ready to list 18 indian head
cents of various dates and conditions, just to get rid of them.
When I was going through them trying to do my best to give an idea of
condition. I noticed one of...

Talked to the Mint by
Dale Hallmark
Had to call the US Mint today to change the expiration date on my CC for my
order of one each of the Uncirculated Franklin
Commemoratives. Actually got to talk to what the Mint calls a Senior
Representative (she had been there for some years).
She very friendly and helpful and seemed to be willing...

Q: Lighting for rainbow toned Morgans? by
Eric Babula
I have some rainbow toned Morgans that I want to put up for sale on ebaY.
So, I'm wondering about picture-taking techniques.
How do you light these coins to get the best possible results? By best
possible results, I mean, showing the rainbow toning beautifully and
accurately. I don't mean making...

Newbie question -- recording collection data on spreadsheet by
Taylor Kingston
Hello to all here. This is my first post on this group. I am not a
coin collector, but recently a fairly extensive collection of coins was
bequeathed to me by my father. I will probably keep some, sell others.
The collection includes hundreds of coins, mostly Canadian, English,
and British...

Another Question from the New Guy... by
b8tovene
So I'm thumbing through the latest edition of the Smithsonian Magazine
and find an Ad for First Federal Mint www.firstfederalmint.com. I feel
like a fool asking this but, I assume these coins are 'searched' coins?
I suppose I should ask a larger question that might answer this smaller
question...
