try tapping the vast knowledge base here for the answer to a question.
FWIW, my name is Kurt O'Dell and I am a recently unemployed computer
technician in central WV, 33...

Anyone know anything about Leeds pen company? by
Gerald Martin
I recently purchased a (made in USA) lever-filler that has LEEDS on the
clip. I emailed Bob Leeds (of Penopoly, I think) thinkingf that with his
last name...
:)
He doesn't know anything about the history of the company, either.
Can anyone help?
Thanks,
Gerald Martin

Do Waterman cartidges == international? by
Anthony Delorenzo
Hi All,
I've been searching the back archives for an answer to this
question, and I have found threads that seem to indicate
both answers.
Other than the issue of length, will a pen that takes
international cartridges use the Waterman? I ask because
I am trying my first cartridge pen, and the...

hooded parker's? by
marlinspike
Hello,
What cheapie hooded nib parker (non-aerometric and non-vac fill)
pens were around in the 1950's-1960's? I was talking to my dad about if he
ever owned a parker, and he said he had some cheapies with hooded nibs which
he absolutely hated.

Star of David, Cross, etc.... by

How is this as a response to the recent appearance of post WW-II swastika pens
after the Chicago show from South America? Waterman never made a swastika pen
....only Parker did (and decades before WW II)!

$10 vs $150 Pelikan: You Get What You Don't Pay For by
David Meale
I know I'm not breaking new ground here, but I have to add more fuel
to the fire about cheap pens being made to write well and more
expensive pens made to look pretty...
I just received a Pelikan 75 (Pelikan GO!) pen today. Cost me $10.
Writes beautifully.
By contrast, my Pelikan 600, which cost...

Does anyone know where I can buy some parts for vintage pens? For

A pen thinner than the G2: Execugel et al. by
J44xm
Hello. I just purchased a Pilot G2 gel pen and I think I like the way it
writes, but it's a bit thick for my tastes. I notice that the Execugel is
thinner, but I can't find any opinions about it online. Has anyone tried it
or any other thinner gel pen that you can recommend?
