Japan Query by

This stamp is Japan (supposedly 1998).

I have checked Scott's Japan listing
and do not seem to be able to ID it.
Any help with a Scott # would be appreciated.

Euro Zone - pre Euro era stamps valid for postage? by
Blair (TC)
Greetings friends:
I know that France still accepts stamps denominated in Francs and Centimes to pay for postage.
Does this also apply in all or in specific Euro Zone countries?
In such cases, is there an expiry date for using such stamps?
Thank You for any assistance.
