A friend gave me some foreign coins last night and I have really been enjoying looking through them. I had no idea that some countries mint coins that have inscriptions running along the outer edge of the coin. I have some such coins here from Germany, France and the Netherlands. Very cool stuff...

I have two of these -- no doubling or overdates, but the "O" is skewed slightly to the right on one of these, whereas the "O" on the other coin is in line with the vertical. I don't think it's an O/S because I can't see anything within the O at 10x, but maybe I need to look closer? Breen mentions...
