FA: 1914-D Lincoln Cent PCGS MS-63 RD! by
Ira Stein
Yep, a MS-63 Red! Not spotty or steaked like most 64 reds, this one is quite
clean, surprisingly so, for the grade. I have seen a few MS-63 Rds in the past,
but often with big fuzzy spots and what looked like knife scratches. Truly
exceptional for the grade. Average MS-64 Rds in PCGS holders now...

2004 Lewis and Clark Nickels by
SeaFarer62
I don't know what is going on here in MN but I have not seen a single 2004
nickel in circulation.
Didn't the Mint say they were making hundreds of millions of both designs?
They must be sitting in the Fed vaults somewhere.

Hawaii out of ten rolls of nickels. Very popular coin it seems for
Hawaii collectors. Is it like this on the mainland? The coins I have
found are in About...

Found in nickel rolls by
Troy Schrag
Last week I went through a $100 box of nickels from my bank and filled
a couple of holes in my folder. In that box I found a coin from
Singapore and a coin from Isreal. What are the odds of that??

Barbara Boxer victory party (ON TOPIC) by
Merlin Dorfman
I've received an invitation to a victory party for Senator
Barbara Boxer on December 10. (Yes, I did contribute...) What
makes this on topic is that the party is at the Old San Francisco
Mint at Fifth & Mission. It would be a bit inconvenient for me
to get there, but isn't the building normally...
