Can anyone help with this? I have what appear to be two Princess Wilhelmina
stamps of the 1894 issue that are postmarked in 1887. They are cancelled
exactly a week apart in the same city. The 8s do not appear to be modified
9s.

Odd German overprint on Italian stamps by

I must admit that it is unusual for me to be stumped on
Italian material, but an accumulation that I have been given includes
two Italian stamps (Imperiale issue) overprinted Deutches Reich
with bars obliterating Poste Italiane, and a new value over the original.
I suspect this is a post-war...

Well again, page 451 is 1975 Congo, Peoples Republic.
