US older pefin Stamps by phantomm_1
Some one with info on US Perfins, what is the reason for these. i notice some have what seems to be company marks or names. I've a old 3 cent washington in violet/purple with what seems to be OSA punched out. Reminded me of a poem called "Punch Brothers Punch", from a childrens English Class.
