able to...

US Stamp Scott 613 by
phantomm_1
Greetings,
Is there anyone who reads this group who has alot of
experience identifying a Scott 613?
If so, I've a scan of a one that I'm not quite sure about.
If some one with experience wants to take a look and give an honest opinion,
I'd appreciate the help.
